Atlas - Lift4Life Worldwide

LIft4Life contacted us with a unique project request, they wanted a very unique and one off illustration to be used for a great cause; Lift4Life is a Non Profit that focuses on opening Power Lifting Gyms in poverty stricken areas around the world. Their goal is to spread the sport of Power Lifting and help communities through the sport, this was something we were very flattered and honored to be a part of. With that said we set out to really make a very custom and detailed illustration, the concept was a mixture of various ideas, however making them work was key, Atlas is the iconic Greek Titan that embodies strength, but we wanted to make something different, so splitting Atlas between wood and stone shows growth and stability, the globe is a greek star globe symbolizing the vast space in which Atlas (Lift4Life) looks to hold up and help.
